Yamaha has a great line-up of utility ATV's, both the Kodiak and Grizzly models, but the 2022 Grizzly EPS XT-R sits at the top of our fleet. This big bore, 686cc Grizzly has the power to take on virtually any situation you throw at it with both comfort and confidence. It's both quick and lightweight and its compact size makes it possible to maneuver in even the tightest of terrain. That compact size doesn't impact comfort though, as the seat is roomy and plush making long rides more comfortable.
The Grizzly's gritty appearance isn't just for show, it can handle extreme adventure and hard work. Riders get ample ground clearance and adjustable suspension and 27-inch Maxxis® 'Zilla tires. The front and rear utility racks can carry more than 300 pounds of cargo and the standard 2-inch hitch receiver sets up the Grizzly to tow up to 1,322 pounds. The addition of a 2,500 pound, factory installed, Warn winch on the front frame of this Grizzly XT-R further conveys to riders that this machine can handle its business. Furthermore, the Grizzly is equipped with Yamaha's exclusive On-Command 4WD. A thumb-activated switch allows the rider to easily move between 2WD, 4WD with limited slip, and 4WD with all four wheels fully locked, on the fly, without completely letting go of the hand grip. The Yamaha Ultramatic transmission is proven to be the most durable CVT transmission on the market, combining immediate response with advanced features like natural, all-wheel engine braking for extra control and confidence.
